At The Paduka, vocational training is an essential part of our holistic education program. We provide hands-on skill development activities such as candle making, soap making, paper bag production, creation of decorative items, cooking, and painting. These practical activities are designed to help students develop independence, creativity, and functional life skills.
Through vocational training, children enhance their fine motor skills, concentration, problem-solving abilities, and sense of responsibility. Activities like candle and soap making teach step-by-step task completion, while paper bag production promotes environmental awareness and teamwork. Cooking sessions help students learn basic life skills, safety practices, and self-reliance. Painting and decorative art nurture creativity, self-expression, and emotional well-being.
Our goal is to equip students with meaningful skills that can open pathways toward future livelihood opportunities and greater self-confidence. At The Paduka, vocational education is not just about learning a craft — it is about empowering every child to become productive, capable, and independent members of society.
